Frequently Asked Questions

How to rate teachers?

To give your feedback on a teacher, simply click on the rating button at the top right of their teacher card, or the button at the left of the teacher card detail page (accessed by clicking the teacher card). You'll be able to submit your rating using the rating icon, which is the same as our logo in the browser tab.

How to rate schools?

To share your opinion on a school, go to the school's dedicated page. Look for the same rating button used to rate teachers (our logo).

How to navigate through all the teachers?

Browse the full list of teachers by searching for the teacher's name in the search bar. Alternatively, you can search for the desired school. On the school page, there is a button that redirects you to the full list of teachers for that school. Within teacher lists, you can either scroll through the list or use the search function to find a particular teacher.

How to navigate in school page?

The school page is organized into several criteria containers. On desktop, hovering your mouse over each container will give you a preview of the 3 best comments, alternating between them. On mobile, holding your finger on a container will trigger the comment alternation. Clicking on a criteria container will open a modal where you can see all comments and reply to them. The large container at the bottom cycles through all comments; clicking on it will switch to the next comment. How to use the search bar?

The search bar allows you to find specific teachers or schools. The toggle button lets you switch between searching for teachers and schools. When the search bar is set to search for schools, a small icon appears on the right side. Clicking this icon will redirect you to a list of schools, making it easier to find the one you need.
